Frequently asked

All FAQs.

What is bulk internet?

Bulk internet is an arrangement for internet service across a property or community, rather than each resident purchasing a separate retail plan. Pricing, equipment, billing, and support depend on the provider and agreement.

Is bulk internet the same as managed Wi-Fi?

No. Bulk internet describes how service is purchased. Managed Wi-Fi describes how a wireless network is operated and supported. A property's solution may include both.

Can we review an existing property or agreement?

A review starts with your current setup and contract terms. Share your property size, location, providers, and any renewal dates so the discussion can focus on relevant options.

What should I prepare for an introductory call?

Your property's location and unit count are a helpful starting point. If available, bring details about existing internet services, contracts, and the main issues you want to solve.

Do you work with a specific internet provider?

No. MTG's guidance is carrier-neutral — recommendations are based on your property's needs rather than a required provider relationship.

Can smart building systems be added after move-in?

In many cases, yes. The right approach depends on your property's existing infrastructure, which is something we'd assess together.

Do you work with single properties as well as portfolios?

Yes. Conversations can cover a single property or be coordinated across a multi-property portfolio, depending on your needs.

Is there a cost for an initial conversation?

Reach out through the contact page and we'll walk through the details, including what an initial conversation involves for your situation.
